My mother will be moving into Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care today so it will be her first day in the facility. They seemed to be well-staffed to facilitate the needs of the residents, especially those that are in the memory care facility. She could just order a grilled cheese sandwich or several different items they always have available to the residents. Then they have the regular ones if my mom doesn't want to order what was on the menu that day. They have exotic meals and they have down-to-earth ones. They have a diverse menu and meals that are excellent. I tried their food and the meal was good. They're very attentive and that's another good thing. They've introduced themselves and they've been here for a long time so those are kind of important factors. They're redoing it so that her living area and her room are brand-new so it makes it nice for her to be in that spot.Įverybody's friendly.
